About the Role

The Business Development Director position is a key sales role within the Sales team for North America. The candidate will play a 100% hunter role, responsible for acquiring new clients for Nineleaps. The role is supported by on-site and offshore Pre-Sales & Solution teams

Key Responsibilities and Capabilities

  • New business development activities through direct sales.
  • Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Sales Head and execute business development.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.
  • Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling Digital services, product engineering services, cloud, data and application services.
  • Track record of independently building relationship with C-level client contacts
  • At least 8 years B2B business development experience with the ability to understand market trends and attract new clients to consider complex Engineering and Digital Transformation services.
  • Possess experience selling broad range of “IT Services” –Digital Transformation/ Application Services/ Data and Analytics/ Infrastructure, Cloud for at least 5-10 years.
